Indulge in our gourmet hand rolled Italian "Momma Mia" Meatballs and House Sauce; a savory blend of meats, herbs and spices, served as an 8" french bread sub sandwich with both Provolone and Romano cheese and topped with banana pepper rings.  Also available in Fresh frozen one-pound packs and a super simple heat and serve dinner. House Sauce available by the pint and quart.  All Beef and Gluten Free Meatball options available. A must-try for meatball lovers!

VARINO'S ITALIAN SAUSAGE

We've teamed up with Michael Varino of Varino's Italian Sausage to bring you THE most delicious and authentic Italian sausage in Louisiana. Using his father's now famous recipe from 1963, Michael hand makes a variety of flavorful sausage specialties.  Come grab a grilled "Link-On-A-Stick", Link on an Artisan Sausage Roll with provolone cheese and grilled onions & peppers then topped with House Sauce.  Also available in Fresh Frozen One-Pound Packs of Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Garlic Italian, Green Onion, 50/50 (combination Garlic Italian & Green Onion) and Sage/Maple Breakfast.  A real treat for sausage enthusiasts!

We offer free delivery of our fresh-frozen products to Kenner, Metairie, Harahan, River Ridge and some parts of New Orleans. 3 pound minimum required.

Ms. T's Momma Mia Meatballs featuring Varino's Italian Sausage is a mobile food trailer based in New Orleans, specializing in authentic Italian Meatballs, Sauce, Sausage, Sub Sandwiches, Pizza and Pasta Dishes. We combined our love for food, community, and each other's company and started this little food trailer together.

It's more than a job. It's a reminder of what really matters: good food, real friendship, and the joy of still being here. Our mission is to bring the flavors of our Italian Heritage and Cajun Roots to the streets of Louisiana, one delicious bite at a time.
