We've teamed up with Michael Varino of Varino's Italian Sausage to bring you THE most delicious and authentic italian sausage in Louisiana. Using his father's now famous recipe from 1963, Michael hand makes a variety of flavorful sausage specialties. All natural, no MSG, no additives, no gluten, low sodium and most are sugar free. A real treat for sausage enthusiasts!

MsTsCuisine.com is a mobile food trailer based in Metairie  specializing in authentic Italian meatballs, sauce and sausage dishes. We combined our love for food, community, and each other's company and started this little food trailer together.
